Using Crit. Crit is an AI-assisted website and product review service operated by IDYeah Studio LLC, California, United States. These terms govern your use of Crit. You are responsible for your account and for having permission to submit the links, screenshots, files, and other content you provide. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, or material you are not authorized to share.

Your content and reports. You retain your rights in your content. You give IDYeah Studio LLC permission to process it to provide and maintain the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Subject to these terms, you may use, copy, and share your reports for personal or commercial work, including with your team, clients, and advisers. You may give reports to AI or coding assistants to help improve your own or your clients' products. Outputs may not be unique, and these terms do not guarantee copyright protection or exclusive rights in AI-generated material.

Protecting the service. Unless IDYeah Studio LLC gives written permission, you may not use Crit or its outputs to train, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise develop an AI model or automated service that competes with Crit's website or product reviews. This includes collecting outputs into training or evaluation datasets for that purpose, supplying such datasets to others, or systematically extracting outputs to reproduce the service. This restriction does not prevent ordinary use of findings to improve products, learning from a report, or independent work using your own material. It applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AI can make mistakes. Crit may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading findings and may miss context. A review reflects only the material Crit could access or that you supplied; it is not a complete test of every page, screen, or interaction. Verify important claims and recommendations before acting on them. Reports are informational, not legal, financial, security, accessibility-compliance, or other professional advice or certification. No particular business result is promised.

Payments and runs. Prices, allowances, billing intervals, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Crit web free full reviews are a total allowance, not a monthly grant. One-time packs are separate from subscriptions. Monthly and annual subscriptions grant their included runs monthly; annual billing does not grant a year's runs upfront. Subscriptions renew at the agreed interval until canceled through billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support about payment errors or failed paid runs.

Crit for Figma. Plugin reviews are separate from web runs. Free accounts receive five reviews per UTC calendar month. Pro includes ten reviews per billing month for $3.99, replacing the Free monthly allowance. Unused monthly reviews expire. A ten-review pack costs $5.99 once, does not expire, and is used after monthly reviews. An original review or comparison uses one review; failed generation releases its reservation. Cancel through Manage subscription to stop renewal; access continues through the paid period and purchased packs remain available. Contact keya@idyeah.studio for purchase or allowance problems. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Fair use and access. Do not use Crit unlawfully, infringe others' rights, scrape or overload the service, bypass usage limits or access controls, or attempt to obtain private prompts, credentials, or another person's data. Access may be restricted or suspended for abuse or a material breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.

Service limitations. To the extent permitted by law, Crit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, IDYeah Studio LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from your use of Crit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes and questions. Material changes will be notified before they take effect, with consent requested where required. Changes do not apply retroactively. California law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
